With all the rain and snow melt over the past week the Thames has risen a good 12 feet. Anyone who has been dog walking with us will know this underpass at Wellington Road. Usually we look down to the river 10-12 feet, today we were level with the water.

Too bad that extra water can't bestored for when it gets real dry in the summer.
